Full Description
A possible modern wreck site, which may date from the Second World War, is visible on aerial photographs as a hulk or semi submerged structure in the saltmarsh on the edge of Holes Bay, to the north of Falconer Drive. (1) The wreck measures 7.25m in length and just over 1.80m in width. The site is visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2/3) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
