Summary

A farmhouse built around the middle of the seventeenth century, formerly known as Higher Yondover Farm. The building has rubble-stone walls covered in render, and a slate roof with stone gable-copings.

Full Description

A 17thc. house which retains most of its original..windows on the S. front, and a doorway with a four-centred head. <2>

Known as HIGHER YONDOVER FARM. It is scheduled as a house of architectural interest. <3.1> A large and well preserved stone built farm house which has been refaced on the south. Only one period of building could be traced. (Contra Authy <3.1> the building is listed but not scheduled). <3>

Two-light mullioned windows and ashlar four-centred arched doorway are in the south face and two mullioned windows with dripstones are in the North face. <5>
