Summary
A detached cottage built in the middle of the 18th century with a 19th-century addition to the east. The building has cob walls on a rubblestone plinth, partly rebuilt in brick. Thatch roof with gable end and half hip at east end. Brick stacks, renewed at left gable, and at ridge right hand.

‘(4) HOUSE (70 yds. E.S.E.), of one storey and attics, has walls of cob and rubble, partly rebuilt in brick, and a thatched roof. It is probably of the early 18th century, with an early 19th-century addition to the E.’
