‘Unless otherwise described the following monuments are of the 18th century and are of two storeys with rubble walls and tiled roofs. … (28) Cottages, two adjoining, immediately E. of the foregoing, are of two periods. That to the E. is older and has a thatched roof; the W. cottage, at right-angles to the first, may be of the 19th century.’
