Please read our .

Summary

Two small ditches or gullies recorded in 1997 during archaeological evaluation of a borrow pit for the A35 Tolpuddle to Puddletown by-pass. No datable finds were recovered from either feature, but their form and alignment suggest they may be part of a late prehistoric or Romano-British field system recorded in the area.
