Full Description
A Second World War bomb crater is visible on aerial photographs of the 1940s to the west of the junction of Southbourne Overcliff Drive and Grange Road. The crater measures 5 m by 4 m and is surrounded by a bank of spoil. (1) The site is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (2) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
