Full Description

Two circular hollows are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of Kesworth Farm taken in 1947 (1), located at NGR SY94057 88924 and SY93877 88939. They are considered likely to be the remains of bomb craters associated with Second World War activity in the area. They are not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagey available to the project (2). These features were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
