Full Description
An extensive area of post medieval drainage is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1947 and 1969 , to the north of Warren Hill. The earthworks are visible as ditches over an area measuring approximately 605 m by 180 m, with drains oriented predominantly north-south. (1-3) The drains are still partially visible as earthworks on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. (4) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
