Full Description
Two areas of late post medieval or modern trackways are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1945 and recent lidar imagery to the north west of Blackers Hole, Langton Matravers. The trackways are oriented approximately east-west and formed of linear ditches. They extend over an area measuring 310 m by 50 m. The easternmost area of trackways are no longer visible as earthworks on the lidar imagery of 2009. (1-2) This site was digitally plotted during the South west Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
