A curvilinear ditch is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of a field to the south-east of Helwarden (1). It appears to respect the modern field pattern suggesting it is probably historic in date. It is not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project. It was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
