A series of linear structures are visible on the beach near Gun Cliff, Bridge Street on aerial photographs taken in 1940. They lie in the vicinity of the civil war fort described in MDO11675 and may be ruined structures associated with it. The site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
