A low mound (20m by 10m) is visible as low earthworks on lidar taken in 2008 at Eype Mouth. It is of uncertain date and function, possibly a spoil heap or natural feature (1). The feature was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
