Full Description
A pair of Second World War bomb craters are visible as sub circular earthworks on aerial photographs dating from 1946 to the south of Tidmoor Point, East Fleet (1). They first to the north west measures approximately 8.5m in diameter, the second to the south east measures approximately 6m in diameter. The craters are not visible on the most recent comprehensive aerial imagery available to the project.(2/3) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
