Possible medieval or post medieval boundaries are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery of 2007 on Verne Common. The fragmentary boundary are formed of banks and predominantly alligned north-south. They are visible over an area measuring approximately 200 m by 40 m. (1) This site was digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
