Full Description

A curving trackway, which may be post medieval or early modern in date, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1946 on Godlingston Heath, Studland. The trackway is visible in two sections, formed of linear ditches oriented east-west, then turning to the south. The trackway extends for a distance of approximately 255 m. (1) This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
