Full Description
An extensive area of trackways are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of 1947 within the area of the First and Second World War Bovington Tank Training Site, on Chamberlayne's Heath. The trackways are oriented south west-north east and are visible over an area measuring approximately 970 m by 425 m. (1) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
