Full Description

An area of historic field boundaries are visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs of 1970 to the west of Bere Regis. The boundaries are formed of linear banks and ditches, visible over an area measuring 770 m by 360 m. The boundaries are oriented south west-north east and north west-south east. (1) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
