Full Description

A medieval or post medieval trackway or drain is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs of 1980 to the north of Throop, Turners Puddle. The feature is visible as a linear bank oriented east-west and measuring 316 m in length. The linear bank is not marked on the 1st edition OS map but appears to be an extension of a trackway to the east. (1) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
