Full Description
A mound, approximately 14.8m in diameter, is visible at NGR SY 95472 82374 on aerial photographs (1-2) and is considered likely to be the remains of one of three Sceduled Bronze Age round barrows recorded at this location on West Hill (See also MDO7424 and MDO7425). The top of the mound is slightly hollowed which may indicate an unrecorded antiquarian excavation. This feature was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
