Full Description
Parallel bank and ditched linears are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the north-east of Vine's Down Buildings, Winfrith Newburgh (1). They are considered likely to be the remains of medieval strip field/ridge and furrow cultivation. They were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
