Parallel linear features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs takEn in 1946 to the east of Burngate, West Lulworth (1). They are considered likely to be medieval or later cultivation marks. The features were digitially plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project they are no longer visible on the latest Google Earth imagery.
