Full Description
Plough-levelled round barrow visible as a circular crop mark c18m in diameter on aerial photographs dated 2005. No evidence for mound material or associated features can be discerned.
The feature is also visible as a cropmark on an aerial photograph dated 1980, where it appears to comprise a central mound c14m in diameter, with the suggestion of an outer ditch perhaps 1.5m wide [2]. The feature was digitally plotted from this source during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM Project.
