Full Description
Structures and enclosures are shown on the OS 1st edn 1in map (1811) (1), which names the location as Combe. The OS 1st edn 25in map (1889-90) (2) shows a structure, possibly a dwelling, and a group of small enclosures extending up a valley across the heath. The site is named as Coombe. The structure is not shown on the 2nd edn 25in map (1901) (3) and the enclosures are shown as having reverted to rough pasture and scrub.
