Full Description
The potential site of a Bronze Age round barrow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery on the end of the narrow ridge to the southwest of Mapperton Farm (1). The feature is 15m across and appears to have a small round hollow just off centre which may be the site of a robber pit or an old tree-throw. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
