Full Description
A series of parallel lynchets are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1989 on the southern slopes of Pen Well Hill (1). They are considered to be of medieval origin and were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. They are not visible on the most recent Google Earth imagery and may well have since been levelled.
