Summary
A hollow, 60m across, is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery to the south of Land Coppice. Two small features, probably dewponds, are marked at this location on the OS 1st edition map. The feature is considered to be semi-natural, possibly the dewponds being extended through extraction or erosion. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

Full Description
A hollow, 60m across, is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery to the south of Land Coppice (1-2) Two small features, probably dewponds, are marked at this location on the OS 1st edition map. The feature is considered to be semi-natural, possibly the dewponds being extended through extraction or erosion. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
