Full Description

Several units of narrow ridge and furrow with associated field boundaries are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 to the southwest of Paddock's Farm (1). The ploughed ridges were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. They are considered to be the remains of 19th or early 20th century ploughing but a more recent origin is possible. They have since been levelled and are no longer visible on latest Google Earth imagery.
