Summary

The sites of seven buildings are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1947 to either side of North Bowood Lane, North Bowood. They are considered likely to be military structures dating to the Second World War and were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

The sites of seven buildings are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1947 to either side of North Bowood Lane, North Bowood (1). They are considered likely to be military structures dating to the Second World War. A circular feature to the west of the bildings may be an associated sewerage settling tank. The features have since been demolished and are no longer visible. They were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
