Summary

A series of parallel ditched linear features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1963 to the southwest of Rhode Barton Farm. They are considered to be cultivation marks of medieval or later date and are associated with banked field boundaries. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

Full Description

A series of parallel ditched linear features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1963 to the southwest of Rhode Barton Farm (1). They are considered to be cultivation marks of medieval or later date and are associated with banked field boundaries. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
