Full Description

An undated banked field boundary to the east of Revelshay Farm is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs taken in the 1940s (1). Its regular linear morphology suggests a post medieval origin. The adjacent field boundaries have been removed since the 1940s to create one large enclosure and this boundary is no longer visible on the latest Google Earth imagery (2). The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
