Summary

A series of linear ditched features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 to the north and east of Hatchetclose Coppice (1). The features are considered to be medieval or later field boundaries and drainage ditches. They were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

A series of linear ditched features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 to the north and east of Hatchetclose Coppice (1). The features are considered to be medieval or later field boundaries and drainage ditches. They were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. The features are no longer visible as an earthworks on Google Earth imagery (2).
