Full Description

A small hollow (15m across) is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs to the west of Stockham Bridge (1). It is considered likely to be a post medieval extractive pit or dewpond. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP, it has since been levelled and no is no longer visible on Google Earth imagery (2).
