A house built in the early 18th century, possibly incorporating an earlier building, perhaps a store or farm building. The building is set end-on to the river and lane, and has walls of cob and rubble, covered in paint or render, and a thatched roof. Interior features are reported to include a large open fireplace with bread oven and curing chamber, and roof timbers.
