Summary

Several ditched and banked historic field boundaries on the east side of Wick Lane are visible on 1940s aerial photographs. These were mapped by the Dorset NMP project.

Full Description

Several ditched and banked historic field boundaries and trackways on the east side of Wick Lane are visible on 1940s aerial photographs (1). The site has remained open field, with a small play park in the southern part of the site by 1969 (2), a water play area by 2017 (3). The field boundaries and trackways are no longer visible on current Google Earth imagery (3).

The site was mapped by the Dorset NMP project.
