Full Description
An area of post medieval extraction to the east of St Catherine's Hill is visible on 1940s aerial photographs and current Lidar imagery.The features were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project. (1 and 2).
The site is under low heathland scrub and still partially visible on a 2014 vertical aerial photograph (3).
