A possible post medieval extractive pit on Brockington Down is visible as a shallow sub-circular depression on current Lidar imagery (1).

The possible extractive pit measures 11.4m in diameter.

The feature is visible as a partial cropmark on a 2009 aerial photograph (2). It was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
