Summary

Bank and ditched field boundaries of medieval or later date are visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 and 2014 to the west of Drusilla's Farm, Haythorne Common. Parallel features may be the remains of ridge and furrow cultivation. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

Full Description

Bank and ditched field boundaries of medieval or later date are visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 and 2014 to the west of Drusilla's Farm, Haythorne Common (1-2). Parallel features may be the remains of ridge and furrow cultivation. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
