Full Description
An extensive system of bank and ditched field boundaries is visible as cropmarks and earthworks on lidar imagery to the south of Crichel House, Moor Crichel (1-2). The boundaries are considered to be of post medieval, medieval or earlier origin, probably pre-dating the creation of the lake and landscape park associated with Crichel House. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
