Full Description
A very large ring dtch, 50m across, is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the south east of High Lea Dairy, Hinton Parva (1-2). It lies just to the east of a linear grouping of barrows which form an extension of the High Lea Farm Group . The enclosure is on the large side for it being a barrow but this cannot be ruled out. A round pit, 4.5m across, lies 5m to the north; it may be contemporary or of later origin. The site was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
