Full Description
A small post medieval extractive pit in a field to the northwest of Ashton Farm is visible on current Lidar imagery (1).
The feature is 35.8m in diameter. It is also faintly visible on a 1940s aerial photograph (2).
The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
