Ditched linear features at West Parley are visible on 1940s aerial photographs (1-2).

The features are presumed to be historic trackways of probable post medieval origin.

The site is partly still open fields on current Google Earth imagery. Some features are no longer visible, although some have been consolidated as part of a modern roadway. The features were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
