Full Description
Linear ditched and banked features associated with a post medieval drainage system to the east of Henbury Farm are visible on aerial photographs (1-4). Some of the features appear to extend beyond and below the Somerset and Dorset Railway running along the northern edge of the site, indicating that at least some of the features pre-date its construction.
The site is still open fields on current Google Earth imagery. Many of the features are still viisble. They were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
