Full Description
A cluster of six hollows (8-14m across) are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs on Holt Heath (1). The features are considered to be the potential sites of historic extractive pits although a natural/geomorphological origin is possible, The site was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
