Summary

A short section of linear bank is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1954 on rough-ground under what is now Hazel Drive. It is considered to be a field boundary (part of a wider field system described in MDO41703 and 4), which may be of post medieval, medieval or even earlier origin. The feature was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

A short section of linear bank is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1954 on rough-ground under what is now Hazel Drive (1). It is considered to be a field boundary (part of a wider field system described in MDO41703 and 4) which may be of post medieval, medieval or even earlier origin. The feature was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
