Summary

Three parallel linear ditches are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1954 running north-south across Parley Common immediately to the east of what is now Gleneagles Close. The features are considered to be post medieval trackways, they may still be extant under trees. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

Full Description

Three parallel linear ditches are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1954 running north-south across Parley Common immediately to the east of what is now Gleneagles Close (1). The features are considered to be post medieval trackways, they may still be extant under trees. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
