Summary

A group of buildings shown on the 1st epoch 1:25 inch Ordnance Survey map, on which they are described as 'Durweston Brewery'. The Godwin Brother's Durweston Brewery was acquired by Hall and Woodhouse in 1898. Some of the original complex survives as an L-shaped block enclosing two sides of a yard. The walls of the building are of banded brick and flint with a half-hipped tiled roof, two-storeys and a loft.
