Full Description
SY551990. Fragment of the strip lynchet system. Mainly 3 strips, 140 yards long, 12-15 yard wide tread, slight rises, probably continuing to the North at one time. <1>
Field boundaries of medieval or post medieval origin are visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery <2> in fields to the southwest of Lower Kingcombe, Toller Porcorum. The features were digitally plotted during the Upper Frome and Sydling Valley AIM project.
