Full Description
banked and ditched linear features of uncertain origin are visible as earthworks and cropmarks on aerial photographs and on current Lidar imagery to the south of Hyde Crook House, Frampton (1, 2). The features may be field boundaries and trackways, possibly of late prehistoric date and associated with the Iron Age/Romano-British field system (MDO42838) to the northwest. Alternatively these may be features of natural geological origin. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Frome AIM project.
