Full Description

Fragments of a rectilinear ditched field system are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. The individual fields are 40-60m wide and 85-95m long. It is considered likely to be of later prehistoric or Roman date and is possibly contemporary with the enclosure to the south described in MDO43903. The features were digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AI&M Project.
