Summary
An extensive prehistoric field system covering over 52 acres (within and to the south of Little Wood, Blandford St Mary) is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs and earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM Project. The field system continues to the west into Winterborne Clenston and is recorded in MDO45812.

Full Description
An extensive prehistoric field system covering over 52 acres (within and to the south of Little Wood, Blandford St Mary) is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs and earthworks on lidar imagery <1-2> and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM Project. The system is part of a wider system visible on lidar imagery and continues to the north in record MDO3571 and west in record MDO45812.
